about me

With more than 20 years of experience in creative costume making, two Bachelor's degrees in Art and Fashion, and solo exhibitions presented internationally, I have spent much of my life exploring the creative process in its many forms. Today, I am especially passionate about supporting people who do not identify as artists and helping them reconnect with their own innate creativity.

My training includes nervous system regulation, Somatic Art Therapy with Cornelia Elbrecht, and Brennan Energy Healing. Having once believed that creativity belonged only to a gifted few, I understand how easy it is to feel disconnected from one's creative potential. This experience now informs my therapeutic practice, where I am committed to creating spaces in which people can discover that creativity is not a special talent reserved for artists, but a natural human capacity available to everyone.

“For a long time, I strived to draw perfectly because my role models were classical masters. Faced with this unfair ideal, I felt nothing but frustration and the urge to give up on my deepest longings. In the end, practicing Abstract Art reminded me that art can be beautifully fulfilling without needing to convey a message or represent anything other than the flow of life. I deeply believe that creativity is a fundamental part of our daily choices, and that it is up to us to expand it and live it to the fullest.”

Alongside my art therapy practice, I maintain an active fine art practice focused on alternative and eco-friendly print processes. I am continually inspired by experimentation, material exploration, and the ways creativity can open new perspectives, foster connection, and invite us into a more meaningful relationship with the world around us.

« Intimately and carefully, sweetly and delicately,
walk into a new relationship with yourself
which is grounded into your creativity. »
— Barbara Brennan
